InnerVisions HealthCare is seeking to fill the position of Executive Director. This critical role requires an experienced leader with a strong Christian faith committed to the Clinic’s mission. The Executive Director must demonstrate executive presence and build strong relationships in the community and with donors.
In addition, this individual will have experience in creating and executing strategic initiatives. This innovative and adaptable individual must possess effective leadership skills and experience to develop high-performing teams. Also required are financial and budget management experience, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to implement marketing and communication strategies.
The Executive Director will have key accountability for the areas of
Development, Nursing, Patient Resources and will effectively partner with the
Board of Directors to create and implement the future vision of the Clinic.
A bachelor or advanced degree is required with at least four years of senior
management experience.
